Abstract: Automatic conveying and packing system of cheese is a key link to realize automation and intellectualization. Affected by temperature and humidity in the cotton spinning workshop, CV value of yarn in the front process, and slip ratio of the winder, the weight of cheese varies greatly. To ensure that the average weight of the cheese is within the range of the standard value, automatic weight matching is essential to realize the complete automation of the conveying and packing system of the cheese. Based on the optimization design of the automatic conveying and packing system of cheese, this paper designs the spindle length adjustment algorithm and the automatic weight matching algorithm, so as to realize the automatic control that the weight error of a single cheese is within plus or minus 20 g, and the weight error of the whole package is within plus or minus 50 g. It has been well applied in enterprises and the automation level of the cotton spinning workshop has been improved.
