Adjustment Based on Partial Structure to Solve the Warp Slack Problem of Multilayer 3D Fabric

Updated: 11/13/2019 5:03:29 PM

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of warp slack caused by the different crimp percentage in the production process of multi-layer three-dimensional woven fabrics, the paper analyzed the influence of fabric geometric structural on warp slack. Based on the force analysis of warp and weft under static conditions, the paper obtained the adjustment mode for crimp contraction of partial fabrics, and applied it to the practice of a complete-set lining-type quilt shell with down filling. Through a series of technical measures, the problem of warp loosening of the lining layer was solved, and the weaving efficiency was raised to more than 85%.
