Abstract: In order to solve the problems of small-batch diversified orders, large inventory, increased environmental stress of the current knitting enterprises, as well as the transformation and upgrading of the original information system and management mode of the enterprise, the MES system based on wifi network in the intelligent workshop is proposed for weft knitting enterprises. The paper introduced the architecture and core functions of the system, and proposed the integration of information systems, including MES system, ERP system and CAD system, etc. Meanwhile, after the test and application of enterprises, their information management and core competitiveness have been greatly improved.
