Abstract: After viewing the current issues of nonwoven material production equipment in automobile industry including the limitations of raw materials and technologies, a new-type multifunctional combined machine for automobile nonwoven material production is developed for a wide range of fibers from 3 ~ 20 D*51 mm. This machine is developed by the accuracy control of the dynamic balance of high-speed, heavyload needle loom, the technical match of different units, modular integration, and editable central control system.
