Abstract: This paper first sums up the classifications, characteristics and clinical utilization status of hernia solutions at home and abroad, and explains the importance of increasing the anti-infection property of hernia solutions. And then, the paper summarizes the approaches for increasing anti-infection property and related research status and holds the view that the hernia solutions will develop towards a body-friendly direction such as owning high antibacterial property, preventing tissue adhesion, being absorbable, and assisting endogenous tissue regeneration.
