Practice of Waste Heat Recovery and Energy-saving Transformation of Setting Machine

Abstract: This paper introduces the implementation measures of waste heat recovery and energy-saving transformation of setting machine. The energy-saving effect of steam condensate recovery is also studied. The results show that the average temperature of the steam condensate collected from setting machine is 79.8 ℃, and the average temperature of the water in boiler storage tank is 26.0 ℃. This transformation can save 2 015.1 t standard coal every year, and has good energy-saving effect.
