Abstract: The article pointed out the imperfections in the security function of conventional slash pockets and investigated the requirements for the functions of slash pockets, such as storage and theft-proof. Based on these requirements, it redesigned the functions of slash pockets by optimizing structure and quality of material and developed a collection of security slash pockets to cope with winter coats in different styles, and proposed new scientific methods for designing functional slash pockets.
