Abstract: The paper investigates the key technologies for producing cotton/chitosan/PLA blended mini-jacquard fabric by introducing the characteristics of such fabric and working out related production process based on air-jet loom. It also defines the fabric specifications, pattern, weave and colors and draws out major technical measures for each step of the production process.
