Abstract: The paper introduced the preparation of softeners with polyhydric ester-based bisquaternary ammonium salt and their applications in one-bath process of dyeing, color-fixing and softening. These softeners can shorten process, reduce water and energy consumption, cut down wastewater disposal cost and protect ecological environment under the premise of ensuring product quality.
