Abstract: The paper introduces the applications of two kinds of innovative functional fibers, namely menthone-modified viscose fiber and milk protein-modified polyacrylonitrile fiber, in developing baby’s home-textiles, including the selection of raw materials as well as spinning, weaving, dyeing & finishing processes. Test results show that the products developed with both fibers have antibacterial rate up to 80% -- 99.9% and color fastness over Grade 4.
