Abstract: The quality of feather and down products is related to consumers’ interests, and whether the products can meet related microorganism criteria will have important impact on consumers’ health and safety. In this paper, the microorganism testing methods in two existing national standards, namely GB/T 10288-2003: Testing Methods for Down and Feather and GB/T 14272-2011: Down Garments, were compared and analyzed, so as to provide some useful reference for related testing.
