Abstract: Under the market economy system, the cultivation, development and maturation of apparel creative industry cannot go without the support and operation of financial means. This article, based on the life cycle theory, discusses the cultivation process, the development and maturation process of apparel creative industry, and with this as a starting point, under the financial supporting framework for the evolution of the creative industry and based on the experiences of UK, the United States and Japan in developing

apparel creative industry, it builds up a “two-body one system” model, i.e. the capital market-led direct financial system, the bank credit-led indirect financial system and market-based financial supporting system, which construct the financial supporting system to the evolution of apparel creative industry.
