Abstract: According to the characteristics of viscose/beehive blended yarn and various sizes, a PVA-free sizing formula and a sizing process with low tension, medium pressure and moisture-protection are selected, which can promise the integrity of sizing film and the flexibility of yarn, reduce hairiness and ensure the quality of beam. High sizing quality for special yarn combined with rational weaving process help guarantee clear shed, reduce warp breakage and improve weaving efficiency and quality of special fiber-based fabric.
