Abstract: Thanks to innovative manufacturing equipment and technology, polyurethane rubber roller has more advantages than butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber roller in terms of elasticity, abrasion-resistance, antistatic property and resistance to aging. At present, polyurethane rubber roller has been widely used in new spinning machines with high spindle number, heavy weighting and high speed. The super soft and elastic rubber roller developed in recent years can meet the demand for producing high-end and high-count yarn,indicating that polyurethane rubber roller represents main developing trend of drafting roller in the future.
