Abstract: In polyester direct spinning process, the primary high-temperature heating media from the heating media station of polyester plant is transported via pipes to spinning workshop and after heat exchange with the heating media evaporator, vapor-phase heating media is generated which is used for heating spin beam and some pipes. The article discussed a process for turning primary high-temperature liquid heating media into vapor-phase heating media through heat exchange and compared it with traditional process in which electrically heated heating media evaporator is used with respect to energy-saving and operation costs.
