Abstract: As the main raw material for the downstream textile enterprises, heavy-denier spandex accounts covers high market share. However, some downstream users, mainly disposable diaper producers meet problems when using 420 D to 1050 D spandex package, as it is difficult for them to take out during production, thus can’t realize continuous production, causing material waste and low production efficiency.To solve the problem, Tayho Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. invests more than CNY 200 000 in mechanical and electrical transformation of the cutting system on winding machine. The resulted product received loud applause from customers for its advantages of reducing labor intensity of operators and increasing production efficiency.
