Abstract: Compared to two-step process,one-step spinning process for ITY is more cost-efficient and the product’s quality and performance are more stable. Key technologies, similarities and differences of the spinning system and process between high-shrinkage and low-shrinkage POY/FDY blended yarn were introduced in this article. Furthermore, the practical effects of a domestic spinning system is introduced.
