Abstract: The article mainly described the changes of Global and Chinese Viscose Fiber market from 1905 to 2013 year, and then creatively marked out two life cycles for Viscose Fiber development according to detailed data of capacities, output as well as price, the first life cycle from 1905 to 2000, the second life cycle from 2000 year. The article firstly described four times Chinese Viscose Staple Fiber market price bottom and then predicted the future market, to help Chinese Viscose Fiber factories to get out of industry downturn.
