Abstract: The advantages of developing multi-fiber blended yarn include: enlarged application scope of textile fibers; improved spinnability of yarn; improved product properties with functions; environmental protection; increased added value of products. For better produce multi-fiber blended yarn, selecting raw materials and optimizing blending ratio are the preconditions; raw material pretreatment and blending technology are the basis, optimizing spinning process is the key and strengthening on-site management is an important guarantee.
