Abstract: The article introduces multi-fiber blended yarn in the production of ring-spun grey yarn and color-spun yarn and in yarn production with innovative spinning technologies. It analyzes the advantages of multi-fiber blended yarn. The author thinks the keys for producing such yarn is to guarantee the selection of raw materials, do a better job in pretreatment of different materials before production, blended different fibers step by step, play emphasis on blowing-carding process to reduce fiber damage and strengthen on-site management to prevent quality accident.
