Abstract: In order to help textiles and apparel producers, traders and testing agencies to timely understand new standards, the main contents of GB 5296.4 — 2012 “Instructions for Use of Products of Consumer Interest — Part 4: Textiles and Apparel” were briefly introduced, and the FAQ during the application of standards stated. In the end, some countermeasures and suggestions for the application of this standard were put forward.
