Abstract: This paper introduced the healthcare mechanism of far infrared radiation. Safety and emissivity of far infrared radiation material for textile were discussed. From the actual production perspective, this paper expounded the main methods and process of far infrared textile at home and abroad. Spinning technology of far infrared fiber and process characteristics of far infrared finishing were also discussed. It was pointed out that the development prospect of far infrared textile would be promising.
