Abstract: In order to improve anti-pilling tendency of polyester/viscose blended fabric, a kind of acrylic resin modified by silicone was synthesized through emulsion polymerization method. Then the emulsion was used in anti-pilling finish. Influences of diameter of emulsion particle, concentration of emulsion,baking temperature and time on finishing were researched. The optimum process conditions were as follows: diameter of emulsion particle 100 nm, emulsion concentration 5 g/L, baking at 160℃ for 1.5 min.
