Abstract: Four kinds of pure organic cotton fabrics are produced, their physical properties and wearability are analyzed by comparing with ordinary cotton fabric, and the comprehensive performance of these four kinds of organic cotton fabric is calculated by grey clustering analysis. The conclusion is that the mechanical properties of organic cotton fabric made of ring-spun yarn can be improved by changing fabric specifications and the mechanical properties can be significantly improved by using compact yarn. There is not much difference in wearablity between ordinary cotton fabric and organic cotton fabric.
