Abstract: A kind of dyeing and finishing process was applied and optimized on grey knits made of ultrafine polyester fiber. The results of application indicated the fabric achieved ideal dyeing performance and the resilience loss of the fabric was small. The process could also enhance the wicking and quick dry property of the fabric and impart the fabric other functionalities, which meet requirements of summer clothes.
