Abstract: The article discussed the technique of producing high-count-density viscose poplin on shuttle loom. To guarantee smooth production on shuttle loom, necessary measures were taken in the weaving preparation and waving process to overcome the difficulties resulting from low single strength, poor abrasion resistance and sensitive to temperature and humidity of the fine-count viscose yarn, for example, strengthen precise control over each production step, standardize operation and strictly control temperature and humidity.
