Abstract: The article discussed how to optimize the process performance of Model G1736 rapier loom.Based on weaving yarn-dyed fabric, it analyzed the measures for adjusting and optimizing certain process parameters such as shedding motion and shedding time, height of the back rest and the position of warp-stop frame. It also put forward the effective ways for improving weaving efficiency and reducing fabric faults.
