Abstract: Micro-suspension dyeing technology uses suspension dyeing auxiliaries to form tiny microsuspension particles with dye molecules and disperse uniformly in the dyeing bath. Then the particles go into the fiber and yarn gap. As the temperature of the bath increases, the micro-suspension particles disintegrate gradually. Then the released dye goes into fiber and fixes. The technology has many advantages such as environmentally friendly, saving energy and producing superior dyeing results. This article introduced the application of the technology in dyeing of wool, silk, soybean protein fiber and cotton.
