Abstract: Ethnic traditional craftsmanship of decorative arts has important meaning to inheriting traditional culture, increasing cultural value of clothing products, offering job opportunities to rural women,safeguarding and expanding the source of livelihood, developing local economy, building sustainable development and eco-friendly society and cultivating innovative and creative ideology of students major in garment design.
