Abstract: Based on introducing general planning principle of garment production line and the practical process for producing a ladies’ casual suit, the article analyzed the rules for planning production line and summed up practical experience for improving the production line, offering valuable reference for enterprises to save labor and equipment costs and improve competitiveness.
