Abstract: The article discussed some key points and technical measures for the quality control during producing color-spun yarn. By taking measures at each step of the production process including selection of materials, cotton dyeing, blending, color mixing, color matching, assortment, configuration of process and equipment and production field management, the resulted color-spun yarn has accurate colors, uniform color contrast and improved spinning property and can help reduce color spot and uneven filling of fabric.
