Abstract: At present, many kinds of novel yarn can be developed on vortex spinning machine, such as high-performance cellulose fiber yarn, modified polyester yarn, covered yarn, color-spun yarn, multicomponent functional yarn and pure or blended vortex-spun acrylic yarn. To produce vortex-spun yarn with good abrasion resistance, low hairiness and smooth surface, it is necessary to do a good job in controlling the whole production process from the selection of raw materials and optimization of spinning process to the selection and maintenance of special parts and the control of ambient temperature and humidity of the

workshop, and properly handle the relationship between speed, efficiency and quality.
