Abstract: As the most efficient knitting machine, warp-knitting machine has shown great significance for technology progress and market growth of the knitting industry along with its upgrading and new product development. This paper expounded the electronic gear, electronic cam, shaftless driving, electronic jacquard and CFRP, which are the new techniques developed for modern warp-knitting machine, and explained the typical case on developing new products. Based on the study above, the article analyzed the technology roadmap and development rules of warp-knitting equipment, and gave an outlook on the future upgrading of production process with information technonlogy in warp-knitting enterprises.
