Research on Practice of Efficient Cold Pad-batch Pretreatment

Abstract: Traditional pretreatment before dyeing and printing was characterized by high temperature, humidity and energy consumption. Innovation of textile chemicals, which could reduce steam consumption and other production requirements, was an important way for the energy conservation of dyeing and printing industry. In this paper, a new kind of auxiliary named FORYL MAG and its application process were introduced. And the result of application indicated the new pretreatment process with FOYL MAG had the benefits of energy conservation and lower cost.
