Abstract: This paper summarized the experience of porducing high-twist and higih-count silk-like fabric by using fine-denier viscose staple as raw material. Through optimization testing for yarn twist and yarn strength, the best production solution for yarn twist; yarn strength and fabric style were obtained, technical difficulties of weaving breakage of high-twist viscose yarn were overcome, the weaving efficiency was improved.
