This paper describes the mechanism of moisture absorbable and breathable nylon fabric,the main factors of affecting moisture absorbable and breathable fabric, the principles of structure design of high moisture nylon fabric and the main method of improving moisture management properties. For double-layer fabric, the authors suggested that fine fibers should be used, increasing the difference of fiber diameter between inner and outer, the yarn and fiber of inner layer should be cruder than outer.
