An interpenetrating polymer network binder for pigment printing, which was synthesized by microemulsion polymerization, was applied to improve the handle and fastness of printed textile. The effects of dosage of binder, pH value and baking temperature and time on dry and wet rubbing fastness, color strength （ expressed as K/S value） and the handle of pigment printed goods were studied and analyzed.
