Production of the Pectin Compound Enzyme and the Application to Flax-retting

This article discussed the production of the pectin compound enzyme by solid state fermentation with aspergillus niger HYA4. By detecting the activity of pectinase and hemicellulase and the retting-period, the optimal rettingcondition was determined. Under these optimal conditions, the retting-period can be reduced to 22 h, the weightdecreasing ratio was the same as the natural-retting, and the enzyme liquor could be recycled by four times.
