Using alkylated cyclodextrin aqueous solution and silver nitrate as raw materials, a new type of nano-silver solution with strong adsorption was prepared by one-step method.And then nano-silver solution was applied to antibacterial burns mesh gauze, antibacterial burns spunlaced fabric, calcium alginate fiber hemostatic pads and other antibacterial medical dressings, and SGS test results proved satisfied antibacterial effect, which indicated excellent application prospects.
