The molecular construction of reactive brilliant blue is special with high molecular weight and unsatisfied diffusibility, and its critical characters is bad salting-out resistance. In the paper, the factors of the loose cotton fibers exhaust dyeing by reactive brilliant blue, including electrolyte, alkaline agent, dyeing temperature and time, were analyzed. The common quality problems of loose cotton fibers dyed by reactive brilliant blue and their related solutions were introduced.
