The article introduces the application and the development of the organo-fluorochemicals on multifunctional textiles. The ecological problem of PFOS and PFOA, which are the organic pollutants degrading the most difficultly at present in the world, was pointed out. Their testing method and the substitutes for PFOS were put forward simultaneously.
