Abstract: Printed silk-like polyester fabrics find favor with consumers for their advantages such as natural shade, soft and smooth hand and good draping property, while striped-pattern fabrics cover high proportion among these fabrics. The printing quality of striped fabric depends greatly on the operation of each process step. In accordance with the characteristics of striped silk-like polyester fabrics, the article presents some problems to be noticed during pretreatment, printing and after-treatment stages of the rotary screen printing process, and by analyzing various factors that influence the printing quality, it puts forward some quality control methods.
