As environment issues are increasingly addressed, more and more consumers prefer “green”textiles and pay more attention to the safety of dyes. The article introduces some natural dyes and related dyeing methods, points out some problems existing in applications and sums up the current research on natural dyes. It also gives some ideas on the dyeing process using natural dyes.
