Color difference between Pilot/Bulk samples and lab samples has been a major problem haunted printing production. By taking pure cotton terry fabric directly printed with reactive dyes as an example, the article briefs the tips of printing process and analyzes the color difference between lab samples and pilot/bulk samples. It introduces in details how to obtain good reproducibility from lab to bulk production and how to improve printing quality and productivity.
