The article analyzed the effect of package dyeing process and machinery performance from the viewpoint of energy saving and discharge reduction, put forward the optimized design scheme about some main technological parameters and machine structure, in order to improve the production efficiency, save energy and reduce wastewater on the basis of ensuring the quality of package dyeing.
