The design of immediately correct procedure for knitwear dyeing at right first time and the technology management are characterized as a multifactor systematical engineering. A systematical analysis was carried out for the stages of the exam of the dyeing/finishing order forms, the general process design, the dyeing machine selection, the selection of dyes and chems, application of the dyeing process with pre-added salts and bases, etc. The requirements for realizing the procedure design and the technology management have been proposed.
