This article briefly reviews the development of digital printing and dyeing, sums up its advantages,disadvantages, and status quo. The advantages of digital printing and dyeing are just able to meet the market demand. Finally, some works of authors and creative thinking are introduced, to promote the application of digital printing technology in printing and dyeing industry.
