In order to reduce the amount of alkali, the dependence on chemicals and the environmental pollution, this paper mainly researches combined chemical and enzyme means. The orthogonal experiment of such factors as Sodium Hydroxide dosage, treatment time and temperature were tested. And the results showed the optimum conditions could be expressed by Sodium Hydroxide concentration of 8 g/L, treatment time of 150 min and temperature of 80 ℃. The results could be a good reference for the refinement of bamboo fibers.
