Through surveying on the present situation and wastewater discharge of printing and dyeing enterprises in Changzhou area, this paper has discussed from three aspects, engineering reduction, structure reduction and management reduction. The feasible plan of cutting down on printing and dyeing wastewater and reducing emissions measures have been investigated. Application of cleaner production of technique to enterprises is vigorously promoted.
