Structure, characteristics and process principle were introduced. Process of screen printing T–shirt of color half-tone was discussed. Pattern design and platemaking of prepress, preparation of waterbased ink, screen printing and quality test were also analyzed. It will promote the development of screen printing color T–shirts with water-based ink.
